These gorgeous cyanotype prints are hand-made using feathers found around BirdCare Aotearoa. By coating a paper with light-sensitive chemicals and placing feathers on top, ghost-like reflections of the feathers are left on the paper. These prints are each one-of-a-kind since they are hand-made and no two sets of feathers are alike; because of their uniqueness, slight imperfections are to be expected. All profits from these prints goes directly to BirdCare Aotearoa to help with their mission of rehabilitating and releasing sick, injured, or orphaned wild birds.
